Patients with first onset illness or relapse of primary psychiatric condition attending the Telepsychiatry camp diagnosed by telepsychiatry consultant according to ICD10.
-Clients whose condition can be managed on OPD basis will be included.
-Clients above 18 years of age who give consent will be included under the study.
-Clients who are able to read and write Kannada and or English will be included
Clients who are referred to other centers due to any reason after the first visit or are unwilling/unable to continue at least a 3 months follow-up.
-Patients diagnosed with uncontrolled epilepsy, neurological disorder or unstable medical conditions will be excluded.
