children 6-18 years, living in Tabriz and suburbs, Persian speaking, signing the informed consent form, no mental or psychological disorder (mental retardation) or physical disorders (visual and hearing impairments) developing asthma for the first time according to the physician’s diagnosis, use of one inhaler (prescribed by the physician). Exclusion criteria: children withdrawn for any problems (traveling, moving, death), diagnosis of any underlying diseases except asthma (cardiovascular, immunodeficiency, digestive diseases)

Name Time Method Proper use of spacer. Timepoint: Pre-test and post-test at the beginning of the Study and second post-test after one month. Method of measurement: observational check list.;Asthma Control. Timepoint: At the first session, ACT Post test at the end of a month after training session. Method of measurement: Asthma Control Test.
