Have a valid degree in university nursing
Have at least six months of work experience.
Have worked in the intensive care unit for at least one month (experience intensive care unit anxiety).
Do not have psychiatric problems (such as: acute depression, psychosis) and taking psychiatric drugs (such as: Scazina, haloperidol).
Do not take painkillers (such as oxazepam, librium, alprazolam) in the 24 hours before the intervention.
Consent to participate in the study.
Nurses who for any reason do not want to continue participating in the study.

Name Time Method Emotion score : Emotional transient emotional states are called distance questionnaire. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Panas Questionnaire.;Anxiety Score : Anxiety is the most common response to a stressful stimulus. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Beck Questionnaire.;Systolic blood pressure : pressure on the arterial wall during systole Diastolic blood pressure : pressure on the arterial wall during diastole. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Blood pressure monitor.;Pulse Rate : Mechanical pulse of blood flow through a vein due to contraction of the heart per minute.
