Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Aged 18 to 35 years; pelvic pain caused by primary dysmenorrhea for more than 6 menstrual cycles; pelvic or transvaginal ultrasound image of at least 6 months without changes; deprivation of sexual intercourse one day before treatment; regular menstrual cycle between 21 and 35 days; be between the first and third day of the cycle; grades between 3 and 10 on the Visual Analog Pain Scale (VAS)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Age under 18 and over 35 years, use of analgesics and other therapies for pelvic pain or any systemic disease, alcohol consumption during menstrual cycle, gynecological disorders, undiagnosed abdominal pain, history of lower abdominal and pelvic surgery Pacemakers, Heart Pacemaker, Heart and Skin Diseases, Cancer, Pregnant, Mental Disorders, Breastfeeding, Grade EVA Less than 3, Painful When Clinic Is Not Open (Saturday, Sunday, 10 PM) and 7:00\)
