Inclusion Criteria

(1) 18 years or older

(2) Patients with mediastinal or hilar lymphadepathy with Lymph Node size greater than 0.5cm in short axis on EBUS

(3)Patients giving consent

Exclusion Criteria

(1) Patients with cardiovascular comorbidities (IHD, MI, uncontrolled HTN)

(2) Patients with deranged coagulation profile
