- •Age between 35 and 70 y
- •Obtained his/her informed consent

- •Liver failure
- •Kidney failure
- •Corticosteroids intake < 4 weeks
- •Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus
- •Celiac disease, chron's disease, or other major intestinal malabsorption disorder
