入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Patients who will agree to fill the consent form and have mechanical neck pain from past 4- 12 weeks( sub-acute or chronic cases)
- •2.Presence of palpable taut band & at least one active trigger point in upper trapezius. Diagnosis of trigger point will confirm by following criteria given by Travel & Simon.
- •3.Patients who have neck disability index 15â??24 points (30â??48%) is considered to constitute moderate disability,
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria includes:
- •1.Age below 25
- •2.Neurological symptoms in upper extremity
- •3.No trigger points on upper trapezius muscles
- •previous operations in the cervical spine or
- •Shoulder girdle during previous 12 months
- •4.Any significant trauma
- •5.Signs of serious pathology (malignancy/infection/and any inflammatory disorder)
