Exclusion Criteria

Skin allergies, especially to ultrasound gel; pacemakers; acute injuries or serious illnesses (cardiovascular/pulmonary/renal dysfunction, neurological/psychological illnesses, advanced degenerative disorders of the musculoskeletal system, incompletely healed sports injuries) that affect the quality of life or physical performance; pregnancy/breastfeeding
