Skin allergies, especially to ultrasound gel; history of leg surgery; acute medication that may interfere with pain perception; delayed onset muscle soreness; acute injury or serious illness (cardiovascular/pulmonary/renal dysfunction, neurologic/psychiatric disease, advanced degenerative musculoskeletal disease, sports injury not fully healed) that affects quality of life or physical performance; acute inflammation; pregnancy/breastfeeding.

Name Time Method After acquiring data in the form of ultrasound videos, the displacement of the soft tissue of the posterior thigh is calculated in centimeters using Matlab-based correlation analysis software.
