Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age 18 years to 45 years
  • •2\.single pregnant woman
  • •3\. GDM is diagnosed by the 100g Oral Glucose Tolerance Test OGTT.
  • •4\. Availability of devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers with webcams.
  • •5\. Availability of email and stable internet connection.
  • •6\.Need help/support participating via video call
  • •7\. Can record blood sugar level values

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Refusing to participate in a research study
