Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age 18 years to 45 years
- •2\.single pregnant woman
- •3\. GDM is diagnosed by the 100g Oral Glucose Tolerance Test OGTT.
- •4\. Availability of devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers with webcams.
- •5\. Availability of email and stable internet connection.
- •6\.Need help/support participating via video call
- •7\. Can record blood sugar level values
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Refusing to participate in a research study
