1. Age between 17-20 years.
2. Gender: Both
3. Socio-economic status: All
4. Students fit for Nasya Karma.
5. No history of any systemic illness for at least 3 months before the Study, Students who are apparently Healthy.
6.Average performing students who Score below 80% on their previous report card of Class 10th and 11th. Students who are willing to participate in the study after consent from their parents or legal guardian.
1. Students Suffering from any systemic illness, history of epilepsy, or chronic illness like hypo or hyperthyroidism.
2. Substance use disorder or dependency, suicidal ideations.
3. Students who are not attending regular classes due to recent Physical & Mental disease.
4. Student unfit for Nasya Karma.
5. Currently using antipsychotic drugs or on any alternative medications/therapy to improve their concentration.
6. Any Addiction- Tobacco, Smoking, Video games (more than 3hrs.)

Name Time Method 10% Improvement in Study-Skills & Concentration levels of the students.Timepoint: 0th-Day, 34th-Day and follow up on 94th day.

Name Time Method 1.Improvement in Depression, Anxiety, and Stress among the Students. <br/ ><br>2.Improvement in Sleep Quality. <br/ ><br>3.Normal Range of Serum Cortisol Level.Timepoint: 0th-Day, 34th-Day and follow up on 94th day.
