Inclusion Criteria
Mothers of healthy children born from August 1st to 31th, 2015.
Exclusion Criteria
Low gestational age at birth (defined as younger than 37 weeks of gestation). Low birth weight (defined as children born weighing less than 2,500 grams). Suspected congenital malformations. Any infectious disease. Twin pregnancies.

Name Time Method Difference in the proportion of children with a risk score equal to or greater than 1 as determined by a modified version of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) Caries Risk Assessment Form;Proportion of children classified as low risk for caries at 1 year of follow-up, as verified by a modified score based on the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) Caries Risk Assessment Form. Children with a score equal to or greater than 1 were classified as being at a low risk
