Inclusion Criteria
All kind of TB patients will be included in the study. All kind of Leprosy patients will be included in the study. Only adult patients in the age group of 15-45 years will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
Children below 14 years of age and HIV infected patients will be excluded. Patients not having mobile in person will be excluded. Persons not giving informed consent will be excluded.

Name Time Method The SMS and Voice Calls will be send to patients on daily basis to remind them to take their medicines.Timepoint: The response of patients to medicine reminders will be checked on daily basis through log table of developed software
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The SMS and Voice Calls will be sent to patients to remind their visit two days before their schedule visit to hospital.Timepoint: Leprosy patients are scheduled to visit monthly, New TB patients are scheduled to visit in 2nd and 6th month and Retreatment TB patients are scheduled to visit in 3rd and 8th month. Accordingly their treatment adherence details will be collected from hospital and compared with control group. The response of patients to reminders will also be checked through log table of developed software
