Inclusion Criteria
ASA I to III patients aged 18 to 70 years undergoing open shoulder surgeries which will include fracture proximal humerus, lateral end clavicle, AC joint or tuberosity fracture (Neerââ?¬•s classification of Proximal humerus fractures)
Exclusion Criteria
- Patient refusal to participate in the study
- Patients with preexisting neuropathy affecting brachial plexus
- Injury or infection at the block site
- Allergy to one of the study medications
