Inclusion Criteria
Pregnant patients who are American Society of Anaesthesia grade 2-3
Non laboring parturient
Gestational age more than 37 weeks
Exclusion Criteria
Any relative or absolute contraindication to spinal anaesthesia
Altered spinal anatomy
Any previous lumbar vertebral surgery
Severe cardiovascular, renal or liver disorders
Uncontrolled hypertensive disorders
BMI more than 35kg/m2
