Inclusion Criteria
Adult age more than 18 years female with singelton pregnancy and a gestational age >37 weeks, Planned for an elective caesarean delivery under spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
Refusal of giving consent,Patient with istory of trauma/previous spinal surgery, Patients with significant anatomical spinal abnormalities, BMI >35, Patient with allery to ultrasound gel
