- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method retrospective data analysis with a longest observation period of up to 10 years in the presence of complete clinical and radiological data; Complication evaluation of postoperative complications such as soft tissue infections, revision surgery or bony malhealing; Comparison of functional results after patellar fractures treated with different osteosynthetics (plate vs. screws vs. tension band osteosynthesis) according to the neutral-zero method for the knee joint documented in the patient file
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method bony healing after surgical fracture treatment (signs of consolidation in conventional follow-up X-rays); Temporal occurrence of signs of osteoarthritis after a patella fracture in the follow-up X-ray after surgical fracture treatment according to the Kellgren-Lawrence classification
