Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients older than sixteen years; second to second molars present in both arches; and in need of orthognathic surgery with previous orthodontic preparation.
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients with craniofacial anomalies; systemic arthritis; muscular diseases; history of facial trauma; previous TMJ surgery; facial asymmetry; severe condylar bone resorptions; immunological diseases; pathologies that can cause condylar hyperplasia and pregnant women.
