Inclusion Criteria
1. Age group between 18 to 60years.
2. Those who are apparently healthy and fit for Snehana and Shodhana as per classical text.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Individuals below 18 and above 60 years.
2. Those who are contraindicated for Snehana and Shodhana as per classical text.
3. Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
4. Individuals having any chronic ailments like Tuberculosis, Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Cardiac disorder or any other chronic illness.

Name Time Method Standardization of dose of Achha Snehpana and Pravicharna Snehpana <br/ ><br>To check for the appearance of Samyak Snigdha Lakshana I.e. Vatanulomna(passage of flatus), Agnidipti(increase in digestive fire), Snigdha Varcha(soft stool), Tvak Snigdhata(softness of skin), Anga Laghava(lightness in body parts), Snehpdvega(disliking of sneha).Timepoint: 2 months
