Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Subjects with Type 2 diabetes mellitus of age 18 years â?? 70years. Subjects whose HbA1C is more than 6\.5% irrespective of chronicity and period of diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Non\-Insulin\-dependent type 2 diabetes mellitus subjects who are on oral hypoglycemic drugs.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Subjects with Type 1, Juvenile diabetes, and gestational diabetes.
  • •Subjects who are Insulin dependent.
  • •Subjects who take AYUSH group of treatments. Subjects with hypertension, cancer, cardiac patients, thyroid disorder, CKD, Nephrotic syndrome, end\-stage liver diseases, and other chronic diseases.
  • •Subjects under other medications than oral hypoglycemic drugs.
  • •Subjects who have Musculo skeletal and neurological abnormality. Subjects who already practice yoga regularly before recruitment.
