1. Patients who have signs of Dwitiya Patalgata Dosha Dushti such as black spots, flies, mosquitoes, hairs, squiggly lines or spider webs.
2. Patients between the ages of 19 years to 70 years irrespective of gender, cast and socio-economic condition.[22]
3. Patients who have vitreous floaters on regular basis or suddenly.
4. Patients with both refractive errors – myopic and hypermetropic
5. Asymptomatic patients with high myopia.
6. Patients experiencing eye floaters either before or after any ophthalmic surgery and ophthalmic trauma.
1. Patients having known case of HIV, Tuberculosis, Rheumatic heart diseases.
2. Patients having known case of Diabetes, Hypertension may interfere with trial group so they are excluded.
3. Patient having history of glaucoma, retinal vein occlusion, macular edema and uveitis.
4. And any condition other than explained in inclusion criteria.

Name Time Method To evaluate efficacy of oral administration of <br/ ><br>Yashtyadi Vati in Dwitiya Patalagat <br/ ><br>Dosha Dushti w.r.t. Vitreous Floaters assessed on the basis Short Floaters Questioneer.Timepoint: The total duration of trial will be 30 days for each patient with follow up on 0th, 15th and 30 th day. An observational follow up will be done at 45th day. The SFFQ score will be assessed before and after treatment.
