Primiparous women with normal vaginal delivery with episiotomy.

investigations for inclusion- hemogram, HIV, HBSAG, VDRL, BSL-R

Exclusion Criteria

Women with any acute(PPH, Laceration, hematoma) OR chronic disease(DM, cardiac disease, Carcinoma, skin disease, GDM, any vaginal lesion, varicosity of vein or any immune compromised illness, STD)
