- •patient more than 18 years presenting with perforation peritonitis.
排除标准
- •Patient with immunocompromised states diabetes mellitus Multiple areas of perforation Gynecological causes of perforation patient managed with intra abdominal drain pre operatively.
- •Age less than 18 years excluded.
