Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals at high risk of esophageal and hypopharyngeal cancers\-chronic tobacco users(cumulative use more than 5 years) (or) betel nut and areca nut chewers (or) alcohol use (cumulative use more than 5 years)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. People with low performance status ( ECOG score \> 2\)
- •2\. Patients with pre existing symptoms of esophageal and hypopharyngeal cancers (persistent dysphagia, odynophagia and/or haorseness
