The mean SCORAD score (22.07 vs 30.81), ADSI score (3 vs 5, EASI score (1.81 vs 2.4), and TEWL score (19.6 vs 28.6) show a significantly lower score in each parameter before and after treatment. The results indicated that the use of Pliek U oil ointment had better effects in all parameters because of the high concentration of fatty acid.

Patients with mild-moderate AD were recruited as study participants.
Allergic to coconut oil, patient with severe atopic dermatitis, patient with secondary infection, patient who consume immunosuppressant systemic in 1 month before trial and use steroid topical with high potency in 2 weeks before trial
