入选标准
- •2.ASA â??I, II
- •3.Fasting glucose <140mg/dl
- •4.Patients undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia
- •5.Surgery duration > 1hr and <2.5hr
排除标准
- •1.BMI > 35 kg/m2
- •2.Severe cardiac, pulmonary, renal, hepatic dysfunction or any metabolic disorders
- •3.Pregnant patient
- •4.Allergy to dexmedetomidine
- •5. Patient receiving medications which affect sympathetic response or hormonal secretions
- •6.Patient refusal to participate
- •7.Emergency surgery
- •8. Complicated surgeries of more than 2.5h
