Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) 18 years of age or older
- •2\) Patients scheduled to undergo orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia
- •3\) Patients in good general condition with a PS (Performance Status) of 2 or less
- •4\) Patients scheduled to undergo neuromuscular monitoring and receive a muscle relaxant (rocuronium bromide)
- •5\) Patients who do not have a disease that causes muscle atrophy or degeneration at the site of measurement
- •6\) Patients who have no history of neuropsychiatric disorders and are not currently receiving any medical treatment.
- •7\) Patients who have given written consent to participate in this study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Pregnant patients
- •2\) Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any history of Rocuronium Bromide
- •3\) Patients with myasthenia gravis or myasthenic syndrome who have a history of hypersensitivity to sugammadex sodium
- •4\) Patients with a pacemaker
- •5\) Other patients who are judged by the physician to be unsuitable for the treatment
