Inclusion Criteria

Patients with neck pain, in which one side of the neck (right/left) is affected more severely than the other side

Exclusion Criteria

Previous injuries and surgeries in the neck region

Primary Outcome Measures

a) Myofascial stiffness and elasticity (measured with the IndentoPro device) in the region of the upper trapezius muscle. <br>b) Passive range-of-motion (ROM) mobility in lateral flexion as well as rotation of the cervical spine (measured with EasyAngle).<br>These examination are conducted only once per patient (since no therapeutic intervention is included in this study).
