Inclusion Criteria
Only patients on the waiting list for outpatient psychotherapy at the Ambulanz für Forschung und Lehre Jena are included. Thus, an inclusion criterion is an indication for outpatient psychotherapy for a mental or behavioral disorder.
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria are acute suicidality, acute psychosis and current drug or alcohol abuse.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary outcomes include psychological well-being (FPWB), resource realization (RES), psychological symptoms (BSI), depression (BDI-II), emotion regulation (HFERST) and generalized self-efficacy (SWE) which will be measured using self-report questionnaires. Questionnaires are filled out before (pre-assessment) and after the 4-week treatment phase (post-assessment). The control group participants do not receive any treatment but merely fill out the same questionnaires as the intervention group at the pre- and post-assessment.
