Patients in need of osteotomy of at least two third molars (at least 1 tooth on each side); Patients with informed consent (under age patients with parents approval); Patients at an age of at least 16 years
Patients younger than 16 years;
Patients with contraindication for surgery;
Patients allergic to necessary medication and/or medical devices;
Patients with chronic medication possibly influencing pain perception and/or inflammation and/or wound healing ;
Immunocompromised persons;
Patients without informed consent;
Pregnant or breast feeding women
