入排标准
入选标准
- •Size of wound-25 cm sq to 150 cm sq
- •Diagnosed as Diabetes both type 1 and type 2 as per criteria
- •Non healing ulcer more than one month
- •No bone or tendon exposed.
排除标准
- •Un controlled hyperglycemia(HbA1c > 12)
- •Patient with vasoocclusive disorder( known by arterial Doppler study)
- •Osteomyelitis
- •Patient on steroid or any other immune suppressive therapy
- •INR more than 2
- •Any malignant disease in the wound
- •Non cooperative patient
