Inclusion Criteria
Patients presenting for a planned primary or repeat caesarean section
Patients with a negative U status at baseline
Exclusion Criteria
Diabetes mellitus type 1, insulin-dependent gestational diabetes
HIV infection
Patient in labor (cervical dilatation > 3 cm, frequent uterine contractions)
Severe renal disease
Iatrogenic bladder lesions
Multiple pregnancy
Severe pre-eclampsia
