Inclusion Criteria
Patients over 18 years old
Collecting urine for examination and culture during treatment in hospital.
Urinary indwelling catheter 7 - 30 days before participating in the study.
Hospitalization no more than 30 days
Exclusion Criteria
No indication for urinary indwelling catheter
Patients who are unable to replace the urinary catheter, eg physical problems.
Patients with neutropenia or thrombocytopenia or bleeding tendency
Patients who receieved new antibiotic more than 6 hours
