- •1. Severe hemophilia A
- •2. Age of more than 18 years
- •3. Last FVIII transfusion of longer than 72 hours
排除标准
- •1. concomitant antiplatelets and/or anticoagulants used
- •2. chronic kidney disease stage 4-5 (glomerular filtration rate of less than 30 mL/minute)
- •3. liver impairment (prothrombin time of longer than 16 seconds)
