Male or Female elderly aged between 60-75 years old who are able to walk independently without walking aids will be invited for participation. In addition, they will have a score of Berg Balance test less than 46 scores or more.
1) Have a score of Miniâ€Mental State Examination (MMSE)less than 25 scores
2) Have pain score measured by using a numerical rating scale more than 4 scores
3) Have neurological or cardiopulmonary condition
4) Have diabetic retinopathy
5) Have limb deformity
6) Have resting blood pressure more than 150/90 mmHg or uncontrolled hypertension
7) Have history of diabetes mellitus
