1.Elder woman more than 60 years old
2.Handgrip strength less than 18 kilogram
3.Able to communicate in Thai language
4.Willing to complete 6-week hand exercise program
1.Patients with chronic hand disorders such as Rheumatoid arthritis
2.Underlying diseases that cause muscle weakness
3.History of wrist trauma causing fracture or deformities
4.Problems with communication such as dementia, deafness, blindness, schizophrenia
5.Underlying diseases with contraindication for resistive training such as recent MI, CABG, acute CHF inflammatory neuromuscular disease
6. Patients who regularly do traditional Thai dance and do handgrip exercise
7.Contraindication for Bioelectrical Impedance analysis (BIA) such as implanted cardiac devices, metal implants
