Inclusion Criteria

1. forward head and shoulder angle > 46 degree
2. forward shoulder and shoulder angle > 52 degree
3. Upper back pain (Visual analog scale) > 4
4. Good communication and cooperation

Exclusion Criteria

1. A history of the following diseases or disorders
- whiplash syndrome
- cancer
- Contagious skin disease in the Upper trunk
- Muscle inflammation
- nerve root compression
- Osteoporosis
