Inclusion Criteria
1. new stroke patient
2. Barthel index less than 15
3. NIHSS score from 5 to 20
4. onset of disease less than 6 months
5. can follow 1 step command
Exclusion Criteria
1. Recurrent stroke
2. Comorbidities with other neurological diseases
3. Other comorbidities that hinder rehabilitation training
