Inclusion Criteria
1. Forward head posture more than 46° and forward shoulder posture more than 52°
2. Muscle tension scale at least 3 (Measured by Visual analog scale)
Exclusion Criteria
A history of the following diseases or disorders
- Contagious skin disease in the posterior neck and shoulder girdle
- Cervical spine and muscle inflammation
- Nerve root compression
- Fever
- Contraindicated to Thai massage
