Inclusion Criteria
1. Subject with forward head posture (Forward head angle more than or equal to 46 degree)
2. Good communication and cooperation
Exclusion Criteria
1. Contagious skin disease in the upper trunk
2. A history of neck injury or surgery,
3. A diagnosis of conditions that could contradict Thai massage, scapular stabilization exercise or chest mobilization e.g., fever
4. Cervical spine inflammation or infection
5. Neck pain
6. Anatomy deformity or abnormal alignment e.g., Spondylolisthesis / Retrolisthesis
