Inclusion Criteria

Mothers
1. Primiparous
2. Age 19 to 34 years old
3. Normal labor at 2-8 a.m.
4. No medical contraindications to breastfeeding
5. No complications during labor and the postpartum period, such as, motilium
6. Normal breasts and nipples
7. Can speak, write, listen in the Thai language, and have the ability to see and hear.
8. Never has breast surgery
9. Has not received drugs that stimulate breast milk (Osadchy, Moretti, & Koren, 2012),
Newborns
1. No complications during labor and the postpartum period
2. Apgar scores after birth are more than eight
3. No tough tie
4. Infant birth weight 2,500-3,900 gram

Exclusion Criteria

After the participants receive an intervention, if the participants have any complications during the postpartum period, or are not able to attend the 4 time points of the intervention, or the participants receive a drug that stimulates breast milk production while receiving an intervention, the participants will be excluded from the study. In addition, if the newborns of the participants have any complications during the postpartum period and must be separated from the mother, these participants will be excluded from this study.
