Inclusion Criteria

1. According to the law of the People's Republic of China industry standard of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis of disease and curative effect of TCM on standard (June 1994) set of content:
(1) the elbow lateral pain, pain is progressive development, often lead to pain with the forearm, grip strength weakening, the ground;
(2) the elbow lateral pressure, outside epicondyle of the humerus tenderness in the most obvious;
(3) the forearm extensor group of tension test, extensor group resistance test;
(4) X-ray no abnormal performance;
2. Aged 18 to 60 years, with able-bodied limbs;
3. Duration of disease should be less than 2 weeks;
4. Have received conservative treatment, after 3 days or more of washout period;
5. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Using other therapies or analgesics at the same time during the treatment;
2. Patients with contraindication of manipulation treatment;
3. Accompanied by other physiological or pathological conditions that may affect the observation and judgment of effect indicators;
4. Certain characteristics of population (e.g. pregnant women, patients with mental illness, patients with serious complications of heart, liver and kidney system, patients with nausea and tumor, or other diseases leading to failure).
