- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Total volume of fluid administered intraoperativelyTimepoint: end of the surgery
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Serum lactate levels, serum creatinine levels, brain relaxation score, correlation between stroke volume variation and plethysmography variability indexTimepoint: Serum lactate levels will be measured prior to induction of anaesthesia and then at hours 2,4,6,8 and so on till the end of the surgery.it will also be measured at 24 hours after the surgery. serum creatinine will be measured the day before surgery, at 24 hours after the surgery and on post operative day 5, brain relaxation score will be assessed by the surgeon at the time of dural opening and during dural closure, correlation between SVV and PVI will be measured during statistical analysis
