1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic foot disease infection;
2. Wagner classification II~IV;
3. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of gangrene damp-heat-toxin-excessive syndrome;
4. Age between 18 and 80 years old, regardless of gender;
5. Informed consent, signed informed consent form, and voluntarily take the test.
1. Combined with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system: such as blood creatinine>1.5 times the upper limit of normal, ALT > 1.5 times the upper limit of normal, proteinuria >+ (>30mg/dl) , Arrhythmia with clinical significance;
2. Severe infections, multiple system dysfunction or failure, and septic shock;
