Inclusion Criteria
1.Diagnosis of gout (based on American College of Rheumatology [ACR]criteria)
2.At least two gout flares in the last four months
3.Able to provide written informed consent
4.Age 18 years and above
Exclusion Criteria
1.Lactose intolerance
2.Severe renal impairment (glomerular filtration rate [GFR]<30)
