Arm1:
1. patients with an acute occlusion of cranial arteries in the CTA, which implicate a neuroradiological intervention in form of a mechanical thrombectomy
2. Appearance of the stroke symptomatic within 6 hours prior to intervention
Controls Arm2:
Patients with degenerative stenosis of the lumbar spine, who are admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery and Neurotraumatology at the University Hospital Bergmannsheil Bochum.
1. Pregnancy
2. Age < 18 J
3. Patients with bilateral dilated pupils >1Std.
4. cardiopulmonary reanimation in line with the symptomatic
5. Prove in CT of relevant pre-existing cerebral pathologies (previous stroke, past brainbleed, malignant tumor)
6. Hematological or autoimmune disease
