Inclusion Criteria
Body Mass Index between 20-25
Having moderate pain means a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 7 with a Visual Analouge Scale index
Men with chronic low back pain caused by a lumbar disc herniation with a history of pain of more than three months
Exclusion Criteria
History of lumbar surgery
Use of special medications and painkillers
History of underlying diseases such as heart disease, respiratory disease, diabetes, etc.
