- adult age ≥ 40 years old (women and men)
- live in Bangkok Metropolitan region, Pathumthani and Ayutthaya province, and other regions that can participate in the study.
- able to stand and walk independently (with or without an assistive device).
- Diagnosed by Orthopedic Surgeon based on clinical and radiographic finding > grade 2 according to the “Kellgrenâ€Lawrence grading system of osteoarthritis
Cardiovascular diseases
Myocardial infarction (MI)
Rheumatoid arthritis
High blood pressure not controlled by medication
Visual and/or hearing impairment but can’t improve by eyeglasses and/or hearing aid.
Neurologic disorder
Stroke
Cognitive dysfunction
Dementia
Mild cognitive impairment (MCI)
Extremely fearful of water
