Inclusion Criteria
1. Confirmed diagnosis of systemic sclerosis-associated with interstitial pneumonia in SSc-ILD group
2. Healthy subject with no interstitial lung disease in control group
Exclusion Criteria
1. Younger than 18 years old
2. Pregnancy
3. Patients who had the following conditions: adenocarcinoma of any organs, bacterial or viral pneumonia, and patients who cannot perform pulmonary function tests
