Inclusion Criteria
For patients:
The target group includes all adult patients with mental complaints regardless of physical impairment.
A documented informed consent is required.
For practice staff:
Direct patient contact; documented informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients:
acute or severe physical or mental conditions requiring immediate further
treatment (e.g. acute pneumonia, psychosis);
Deficient knowledge of the German language;
Cognitive impairment preventing the adequate completion of questionnaires.
